Project Summary
This proposal outlines the scope, deliverables, cost, and timeline for the development of a custom e-commerce website using WordPress and WooCommerce. The website will serve as a platform for an entertainment-focused business, providing a visually engaging and functional online store, social media integration, and embedded live radio station stream.
Scope of Work
Platform & Build
- Custom WordPress website using WooCommerce
- Mobile-friendly, responsive design
- Custom-designed theme tailored to the client’s brand
Page Structure
- Includes up to 10 standard web pages
- Additional pages: $100 each
Product Setup
- Up to 20 products with full setup
- Additional products: $50 each
Functionality & Integrations
- WooCommerce setup (shipping, tax, variations, etc.)
- Social media integration: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
- Radio stream embedded
- Contact form, newsletter opt-in, SEO, Google Analytics
Hosting & Maintenance
- Hosting starts at launch: $200/year
- Includes SSL, security, and backup setup
Training
Basic training or documentation provided for content and product management via the WordPress dashboard.
Client Responsibilities & Content Delivery
To ensure timely completion, the client agrees to provide all necessary website content including:
- Product details (names, descriptions, pricing, shipping, etc.)
- Images, videos, and audio files
- Written content (bios, policies, company info, etc.)
Work Play Creative will format and style all content to match the design, but content creation is not included unless otherwise arranged.
Note: If content is not delivered promptly, the 8-week project timeline may be delayed. Timely delivery of content is required to stay on schedule.
Optional Add-Ons: Branding Services
Logo Design & Brand Package — $500
- 3 initial logo concepts
- Up to 3 revisions on one selected concept
- Final logo in multiple formats (print and web)
- Brand guide PDF with fonts, colors, and usage
Note: Branding created by Work Play Creative is designed to work seamlessly across all platforms (website, social media, print, video, etc.).
If the client chooses not to use this branding service, a finalized logo and brand guide must be provided before website development begins.
Animated Logo Add-On — $500
- Animated logo based on approved design
- Delivered in 1920×1080 (landscape) and 1080×1920 (portrait/Reel)
- Suitable for social media, videos, and promotional content
Timeline
Estimated completion: 8 weeks from project start date, pending timely delivery of content and approvals.

Payment Terms
- 50% deposit ($1,000) due before work begins
- Remaining 50% ($1,000) due upon project completion OR 2 months from start date—whichever comes first
- This ensures momentum and shared accountability for project completion
Additional Notes
- Client content is required to begin and complete development
- Branding must be finalized before design work can begin
- Out-of-scope revisions or additions may incur additional charges
- Post-launch support is not included in this proposal but can be contracted separately
